What do Homebound furniture packs include?
The furniture pack includes all the core items of furniture AS WELL as lamps, art, mirrors, storage. There is the option to remove and/or add items.
How do I choose the right pack for my property?
The pack has an inventory for a one, two or three bed property. So choose the size of your unit, and then select between our two price points.
Can I customise a furniture pack to suit specific needs?
The sales team can tweak the package of your choice to work to a budget, inventory or look if necessary.
What is the difference between the high-end and cost-effective packs?
The 'high' is for super prime and prime central London locations, with a high rental value. The cost effective option works well in all other London, Greater London and home county locations for landlords which want to attract a good tenancy.
How does delivery and installation work?
We offer two delivery options to suit your needs. With our Standard Delivery, we’ll bring your furniture to the property at an agreed date and time, leaving you to unpack, assemble, and arrange the items as you like. If you’d prefer a complete, hands-off experience, our White Glove Delivery service includes delivery, full assembly, careful placement of each piece to your preference, professional staging, and the removal of all packaging materials. Whichever option you choose, our team will coordinate with you in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
